Our School Council Fundraising Committee thanks everyone for their tremendous support of our Winter Wonderland fundraiser. Your support of the school makes a real difference for our students and the school looks forward to continuing its investments in student learning. Following our fundraiser, we have some additional items we are ‘auctioning’ off that were of limited student interest for the raffle or that came as late donations.
In a ‘sealed auction’, all bidders submit private bids so that no bidder knows the bid of any other participant; at the end of the bidding period, the highest bidder pays the price he or she submitted. For our sealed auction, we would kindly ask that you submit only one bid for any single item and that you bid only in full-dollar amounts (no coin values).
If you are interested in bidding in this sealed auction, simply e-mail your bid to firstname.lastname@example.org and include: your name, your contact phone number, the item name/number you’re bidding on and your bid value. Bidding will remain open from March 29th through April 7th. On April 8th, successful bidders will be contacted to arrange to pay for and claim their items (cash or cheques accepted). In the event of tie bids, the earliest submitted bid wins.
